As many of you know, Third Coast Comedy Club began its journey of finding our new home summer of 2025. On August 1st of this year, we officially closed our doors in Marathon Village as construction continued on our new space on Dickerson Pike in East Nashville. We've been working closely with the city and our contractors, but despite our best efforts we are now in a position where we will not be open by November 4, 2026, the scheduled opening night for TCIF 2026.

 

Because of this, we have made the extremely difficult decision to reschedule the 10th Annual Third Coast Improv Festival to March 18-21, 2027.

 

This was clearly not a decision we wanted to make, ever. Knowing what it takes to put on this festival, as well as planning a trip to Nashville to perform, we never would have moved forward with TCIF this year if we had known what was ahead. We’ve explored all possible options to move forward. This is truly out of our control.

 

If your troupe was accepted into TCIF 2026, that acceptance still stands. You will be invited to perform at the rescheduled festival. Please reach out to us with questions/concerns and we will get back to you as soon as possible at tcif@thirdcoastcomedyclub.com.
 

Please know that we are absolutely heartbroken. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating our new home – and, of course, our 10th Annual TCIF – with you in the spring.
