GENERAL INFO:

Third Coast Comedy Club is located at 1310 Clinton St #121, Nashville, TN 37203. We have three separate spaces we'll be using during the festival:

-
Third Coast Mainstage: Located on the first floor, we will have performances on this stage throughout the weekend. The Mainstage is attached to the bar.
-
The Loft: Located on the second floor, this space will be used as a second performance venue during the festival. We will have signage and volunteers to make sure you can locate this room easily!
-
The Annex: Located on the second floor, this space will be used as a performers-only warm up room and lounge. Please respect others who are looking to use the room before their sets to warm up. There will be a volunteer outside this room making sure everyone has a chance to warm up before their block.

Other general notes include:

-
Local troupes (Nashville-based) are allotted 20 minute sets. Traveling troupes will have 25 minutes. Please see the schedule overview below for the full line up and location of each performance. Detailed bios of each troupe can be found in the "Schedule" tab.
-
Please wear your lanyards and performer badges at all times.
-
All groups must check in with a Troupe Liaison 30 minutes before your scheduled performance (Mainstage: outside the Green Room on the 1st floor; The Loft: Outside the Loft).
-
If you'd like a place to warm up before your show, you may use our Performer Lounge on the 2nd floor (located in The Annex - we will have signage to get you there!).
-
If you are performing on the Mainstage, your troupe will have access to the Green Room as soon as the troupe before you is on stage.
-
There are restrooms across from the theater doors, as well as on the 2nd floor.
-
Please do not talk and have discussions in the club while others are performing - go outside the club to the hallways or in the bar if planning time and talking is needed.
-
Let a Troupe Liaison know of any specific light cues 30 minutes before your set begins and they will coordinate with the tech booth.
-
Our tech person will be looking for a good black out in the remaining 2-3 minutes of your set.
-
There is a clock in the rear of the Mainstage theater to keep track of time. If you pass your allotted time, we will blackout.
-
All shows will be recorded. If you would like a copy, you may purchase one for $25. Email tech@thirdcoastcomedyclub.com.
-
A reminder that as a festival performer, you have free access to all festival blocks and performances EXCEPT FOR HEADLINERS. You will need to purchase tickets to watch 2 Square (performing on Friday @8:30pm) and Chad & Ithamar Perform Silent Clown (performing on Saturday @8:30pm). If you want to see these excellent shows, you must purchase a ticket. You can purchase tickets HERE. If there is standing room or seats available after all patrons have been seated, we will begin to allow performers without a ticket in.
-
Each troupe is entitled to four (4) comp tickets to the show block that they are performing in. If you would like to reserve comp tickets, please email tcif@thirdcoastcomedyclub.com with the name of each comp by EOD on Sunday, November 2.
